The company is reliable in responding to enquiries and issues. The receiving of DVDs is convenient. However, I find it frustrating to have to wait a long time for some of the films that I want to watch, and if there is a film that is supposedly available and I put it on top of my queue, if the film is also available for streaming, then I will never get the DVD!(Supposedly so that I purchase it online instead) Another frustration I experience is that sometimes the process of sending and receiving can be quite slow, making it not worth the money to subscribe especially if you have access to one of those DVD vending machines operated by Hoyts or Video Ezy where you only need to spend $ 1 on a special day or selected films. The resolution offered is not satisfying either, say if they made an error resulting in you not getting any DVDs at all in one week, they wouldn’t make it up by either giving you an extra week free or increase the amount of DVDs you can rent at one time. I’m excited Netflix is coming soon.
