We take cocktails to new heights…

History

Established in 2013.

After all of the Ansett Airline trolleys fell off the back of a plane, we reconditioned them and turned them into mobile bars.

We source organic ingredients from producers in the Southern Highlands, native Australian ingredients and forage ingredients from all over town.

We have converted bars into DJ Trolley’s, one with a beer tap, and a load of finely tuned mobile bars.

Business Owner

Christopher Thomas acquired the trolleys and started converting them into mobile bars since the turn of the century.

Here he applies the skills learnt while managing the exclusive private members club ‘Soho House’ in London, mixed with a newfound culinary knowledge of Australian native ingredients.
