I’ve bought smoothies from this place about a dozen times, and on the vast majority of those occasions I’ve been served my smoothie after people who ordered after me.
There won’t be a next time.

I have been getting juice from Zest every morning for I’d say 2 months and have generally been happy with the service. However, today I wanted something not as sweet, and upon requesting lemon, ginger and cucumber was told that I had to pick something else as they couldn’t just give me cucumber and lemon because it would «cost them a fortune.» Never mind that I pay $ 7 for this juice.
I explained I come daily and said I just didn’t want something as sweet, and compromised by adding silverbeet, but again was told I had to add something with more liquid. I again explained I didn’t want something sugary, and yet was forced to add one of their other options. I wound up with carrot, cucumber, silverbeet, lemon ginger. I will not be returning. If my $ 7/​day is not enough to cover cucumbers, I will take my money elsewhere.

My go-​to spot for healthy breakfasts and lunches. Great juices, smoothies, fruit and salads and great customer service as well.
Yesterday I ordered a juice and paid a little extra to make a change to it. The juice wasn’t really made to my liking but once I explained this, they quickly rectified it.
Then today when I went back the manager apologised for what happened yesterday and gave me today’s juice for free! I was very impressed, especially considering yesterday’s little snaffu wasn’t a big deal at all.
I usually get my dressing on the side and split my salad over two days meaning that I’m only spending about $ 5 per day on lunch. Great deal if you ask me.
They also do great platters and giant salads for your functions.
