Great place! Friendly, polite staff. Amazing outdoor views and comfortable seating. The food is fantastic — be sure to try the Polish coffee, thickest pouring cream ever! Amazing cakes and great drinks selection. The rosellas are awesome — trees around the dining balcony are full of them and they make for great viewing as they fly around while you’re eating. Totally recommend this place!!!

Listen. It’s a Polish Place. I’m Polish. I like it. They definitely do well with cooking Polish food. As almost everybody mentioned, it’s really worth seating outside, as the views are really spectacular! Food is quite authentic, although a little bit on the expensive side. I like that the waitresses are all dressed up in Polish traditional clothes, a shame is that they haven’t done the same to the waiters! I honestly never sat inside, always managed to get a table with the view and it was really worth it! I can highly recommend trying pierogi(polish dumplings), golonka(pork knuckle) and bigos(polish stew). They’re yum! Also good selection of Polish beers which is always nice. I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed when I found out the staff there(at least the waitresses and waiters) don’t speak Polish. I was quite excited about the possibility of chatting in my native language :) If you’re not a big fan of lorikeets, I would suggest seating inside, as they’re everywhere, especially while you’re eating your dessert! I find them cute, but not everybody does. They also have rooms for rent there, but I haven’t had a chance to try that out yet, as they’re rather expensive. We do really like going there, especially the route from Brisbane to Mt Tambo is quite spectacular and Polish place is a great pit stop :-) If you’re ever in the area, you should go and check that out!

Definitely worth going to at least once whenever you are in the area or if showing visitors around. The best thing about this place is the view and the atmosphere — there is just something about combination of the vast landscape of rolling hills, the chirping lorikeets and the rustic interior of the interior that will make any first-timer at the polish place go Wow. Come here on a sunny day for a better experience ! Food is not bad — very homey, hearty and meaty(although they have one vegetarian option) and the dessert menu is almost the same size as the menu for the mains. I found that the first bite is always the best — dishes are definitely on the heavy side so be prepared :)

I must say, great view and good food. If we hadn’t got the last table outside I’m not sure if it would have been worth it. Service was ok, nothing mentionable. They actually had said they didn’t have any tables outside, but we saw one and asked for it. I had the smoked salmon, it was good — but nothing standout. Pretty standard salmon, onion, caper… It would be nice for a leisurely lunch outside soaking in the view.

Been here a few times for lunch and both times I loved the experience. The quality and choice of beer are great and even though I would prefer more variety of food on the menu we did enjoy what we ordered. Being able to sit outside and take in the spectacular view is a huge draw. Just be aware the lorikeets may want to drop in for a closer inspection of your meal.
