Went for dinner last night, after waiting quite a while for a seat in the restaurant we were told that the restaurant was closed and to go outside to the kiosk. When we got to the kiosk it was shut and the signage directed us back to where we had come from. When we finally got a staff member to serve us we were told that they may not be cooking as there was a big group staying and they were feeding them. We sat and waited and thankfully we didn’t have to clean our own table as the sign beside the bucket of water and chux cloth suggested we do. We eventually got to order and the pizza took ages and was bloody awful, the cardboard box probably would have tasted better.
It rather ruined our night out.

Prices are very expensive, the park is run down.
You get the feeling the only customer service given is so they can rip you off.
