Coffee Institute has come along in leaps and bounds since its move to Walkerville tce. As the beamers and the Mercedes drive by my girlfriend and I head out for a queens birthday brekky. For a fancy café in an affluent suburb, the prices are remarkably reasonable, 12 bucks for bacon and eggs is pretty damn good, and when I say bacon I mean BACON — like 3 rashers of bacon. Seasoned with oregano and turmeric was a cute and tasty addition. Now, the waffles, good golly the waffles! 2 large waffles with berry coulée, fresh berries, cinnamon garnished bananas and maple syrup! UH-MAZEN. Coffee was good(you’d hope so), and plenty of Fresh OJ presented cutely in a mason jar. Service is really awesome, the place looks awesome. I honestly cannot fault these guys

My wife and I were massive fans of Coffee Institute in its old location, and now that they’ve moved they’ve gone through a serious upgrade. The kitchen is tiny, but the menu is not. The quality of the food is outstanding and the service is impeccable. What can you say about their coffee, except that these guys are Bar9 pedigree and roast their own beans on premises. A close to coffee perfection as you will find in Adelaide.
