Not the best Phở I’ve had but it’s ok. Haven’t seen one Vietnamese worker in the joint so it’s not totally authentic but they do alrite. Good for people who are trying out this new «phở craze». Don’t have much else to say really. Service was great, staff are very pleasing.

To be fair, I’m giving this location a 3⁄5 because the first time I went was 5⁄5 and the 2nd time was 2⁄5.
The first time we went, we both ordered «B bowls», one vegetarian and one pork spring. It was perfect. Crunchy, flavorful, so good we needed to go back again. Vegetarian rolls are to die for. Bathroom and restaurant is clean. Staff is really nice.
2nd time, it wasn’t the same. Our bowls were flooded with the dressing which made everything souplike and not crunchy. And my pork roll wasn’t cooked in the middle. Raw & pink. What’s worse is I overheard 2 neighboring tables complain of the same thing. I feel bad because this place has a lot of potential if it could be consistent.
