The Cauliflower Hotel is an iconic establishment, sitting on the bustling Botany Road, in Waterloo. Having established as a favourite watering hole amongst the locals, the Cauli has since undergone renovations and is now more spacious, with a sunny courtyard, outdoor seating area, and a wine bar upstairs.
