This is a pickers dream, well except for the prices but honestly this little cramped shop is a trove for anyone who is into collecting vintage signs and artefacts. I decided to look around because I have a love affair with anything vintage and that tells a story and I really wanted to find another vintage tin robot(nerd alert I know). Sadly I didn’t find a tin robot but I did find a vintage tin spaceship and a zeppelin, unfortunately both would have set me back a good $ 150 so I had to let them go. I did see some other interesting or rather weird things like a framed display of individual veneers, not too sure why someone would buy that but hey otherwise there are loads of vintage tins, home wares, watches and pocket clocks so if you’re after something rather different and unusual pay a visit to Russell’s and I’m sure you will leave with something interesting.

Even if you have no money Russell’s Antiques is a place to visit. The tiny store is literally jammed with amazing articles of time. Creepy mannequins from the 40’s, beautifully intricate jewellery, old signs, statuettes, cigarette tins, things you wouldn’t imagine even existing you can find here. There are a few clothing items but not any if you are looking for some decorator items for your home this would be a great place to look. Like most antique stores it’s a little pricey but worth a visit.
