Cake And Bake

One of Brisbane’s best, Jocelyn’s Provisions by Jocelyn Hancock was sold in 2009 but it was only a matter of time until Jocelyn popped up with another awesome venture.
This time in West End on the Corner of Montague Rd & Ashington St. Cake and Bake, her new store is all about Freshly made sweet delights, home-​made relishes, jams, quiches, savoury focaccias, biscottis, meringues, lots of buttery french pastries, a well stocked deli section,
and healthy salads. A one stop shop, where you can buy & stock up on things you need for your pantry at home or simply marvel & treat yourself to the best things in life.
CAKE and BAKE also have their own blend of coffee, and we can’t of course forget about the indulgent cakes! Which look absolutely divine.
We came away with a good number of treats of course, and let’s just say they are delightful! It’s going to be harder and harder to keep to our exercise régime at this rate.
Tip: For those wanting to visit, there is onsite parking but you’ll have to get there early. CAKE and BAKE is open daily from 7:30am but will open earlier on Saturdays so be sure to stop by
on your way to the markets of after!
We will be back to try their coffee. West Enders are a lucky bunch as it seems this suburb has been going gangbusters lately with all the new openings, cafes, retaurants, & now Cake and Bake!
