Don’t go here if you actually want to be served. I was there this morning needing coffee and pastries for 5 people. Not busy. But gave up waiting or trying to get the attention of the counter staff. WTF. Drove to Gusto. Quite busy. Counter staff greet you and take your order straight away. Incredible contrast.

While staying at nearby Meriton apts during our move to Sydney, we came to know Sonoma & the staff quite well.
Everything we’ve ever had to eat or drink here has been excellent! ! The coffee! The banana bread! The muesli! The baked eggs & chorizo! Allll delish!
The ambience is fab, with a beautiful courtyard for outdoor seating on sunny days.
What makes this place really shine is the lovely staff– it is a fantastic international mix of very friendly people who will remember you even though its a ver busy place.
Although we’ve now moved to Coogee, we still make it a point to come when we can!

Bustling in the early morning offering shelter from the rain, this lil bakery/​café has it going on.
The super friendly and cheerful staff make ordering a bliss and the coffee is decent.
They seem to have a winter warmer special on with delicious rolled oat porridge & stewed fruit. Those sitting around me have hearty looking fruit toast and a couple with loaves to go.
Perfect if you’re in the area and need a stop over or pick me up!
