It was a nice trial this week. We have decide to follow the inspiration of the cook and taste the menu. It was gorgeous! A nice set of seafood and lamb really well prepared.
The setup is really special. A big round bar and the service from the inside+ an open kitchen. I was hoping that due to the setup it will encourage group to mix discussion. As it was really not full and there was space in between it was not the case for us last Thursday. In all case a great trial!

Nouveau resto en plein centre d’Anvers. Grand bar jaune agencé sous forme d arèné dans un décor minimaliste et design. Et cuisine ouverte au fond. Cuisine contemporaine tout en finesse et produits de grande qualité. Innovant.
