I think I was expecting «american standards» on this chain hotel.
I think I got «european standards.»
What we got which was good: A room, a locked door, a double bed, a good breakfast, free wifi in the lobby, a tv in the room that had a variety of channels and languages on it.
What we got which was a surprise/​bad: on Sunday there is no airport shuttle for the bulk of the mid-​day (most days there is a gap in the schedule) — we ended up approaching a shuttle for another hotel who gave us a ride to the Holiday Inn Express; the bed was as hard as a rock; no A/​C & the room was very humid/​warm.
All in all– the stay was ‘fine’ — but breakfast was good.
