Amazing sushi, right below my apartment building. Never once thought about going in and trying it out until I met a new friend from Rio who recommended the place to me. Everything tasted super fresh. The servers were very nice and the it wasn’t too pricy for the quality and taste. Highly recommend!

We followed the good reviews for this Sushi-​Bar. We are Sushi-​lovers and eat Japanese food at least twice a week. When we arrived the place was empty, we were the only guests. Despite the fact that a Brazilian soap-​opera was running on the huge flat-​screen and the restaurant-​manager didn´t make a really friendly impression we decided to stay and choose for the «all inclusive» option as we were really hungry.
We ordered two rounds, the service was mediocre, Sashimi and Sushi a 4, tempura terribly overbattered and the Miso-​soup very salty. Of the Salmon-​balls of which my partner ordered 4 pcs. we received a load of 20 piled on a plate.
My girl-​friend is very paticular about food (she is a nutrionist) and concious about good quality. She disliked the tempura, I ate a few pieces despite the bad quality, I ate my Miso and we had a few of the over-​served Salmon-​balls. When we decided to pay the manager brought the bill added a 10% service-​fee (which is not obligatory in Brazil and which you don´t have to pay).
When we gave 145.-R$ instead of 151.-R$ he complained about the 6.-R$ missing, started a discussion with my partner in Portuguese and left us sitting. He returned with a altered check in which he took off the 10% but for that added 10R$ for the Miso soup which she didn´t eat. He also did complain about the left-​over food (the tempura, the salmon-​balls we didn´t even order and the Miso-​soup) and seemed very aggressive. I had given him my credit-​card and when he returned with the new check I signed the paper. When we wanted to leave, he came running after us, pushed the door close in front of my girl-​friend in a very aggressive manner in front of all guests and complained we didn´t pay. He actually had forgotten to give me a credit-​card print to sign and I had signed the check. My partner was scared and left to look for shelter in the Taxi while the manager went back to print the slip. I signed and left. What a terrible experience. We wanted to have a romantic dinner and we got this. Stay far away from this place, it´s not living up to it´s reviews.
