My stay at The Point was brief, only 9 hours; so perhaps I formed my opinion too quickly? The staff were exceedingly pleasant, I scored an upgraded room however the design was unusual with having to walk to the bathroom though the lounge (with the couch in the middle)…The staff were all very friendly, however…
