Hawkeye’s Too Restaurant

Always a stop when I lumber around white ave. Just a good old fashioned dive. It doesn’t try to be anything else. Cozy and inviting. My friends and me always plug coins in the juke box whild plugging beer.Worth a visit.

Old Strathcona Hotel and Bar

3.5 outta 5. It is a decent little pub. I like the fact that on a strip with a bunch of trendy bars this feels cozy. I wont lie it does belong in the dive bar category. But that is some of its dirty charm.

For a dive bar they have some great wings & can make a mean caesar. Great place to stop after work for some cheap drinks & food. No expectations to dress us, just come as you are.
