Pho Holiday

I usually get the noodles with eye round steak, beef tendon, tripe, brisket and or flank. I put a lot of sriracha on everything. Sometimes there are waits but the service today was extremely fast within 2 – 5 minutes. I end up completely drenched in sweat when I’m finished eating.

One of the better Phở places in the area. I usually get the veggie phở and they are a little conservative on the tofu. The only thing that really bothers me is the cleanliness; if you eat in you can literally see stains of food 3 feet up on the walls. They could really clean those walls once in a while.

Great Phở Noodle soup, always fast! Unfortunately, take out has never been good… something missing or not what you expect. Last order I took out was the #65 Chicken Balls with Sweet & Sour Sauce. They just decided to remove everything from the noodles. So, I had chicken balls with oily plain noodles……
