Absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been going to the same location since 10 years ago; the owners are the same, very nice and understanding people, good service, fairly quiet restaurant. Their dishes are affordable(especially on Tuesdays) and the food comes out in less than 5 minutes! I would recommend for sure

Now called Phở Boi, its decent. A good place for standard phở. Generally a bit slower than a couple other places around here, so don’t come if your in a rush.

Reeally bad. My food was cold and my meat was pink and it bled into my noodles and turned them all pink. I couldnt eat any of it and I lost my appetite for the entire day. Not to mention the awful service there. Don’t come here is you want decent phở.

I give 5 stars for phở and 2.5 for the ambiance. The broth is rich and delicious and they never skimp out on the meat. The staff are very very nice people but the restaurant is outdated and they could work on clearing up the tables promptly especially if the tables are unoccupied. But they haven’t failed on taste so far so I will keep returning.

The rich, flavorful broth was the strong center of my bowl of phở. I got the #16 with all the meats and an order of meat balls to round things out. The noodles were just how I liked them, a little al dente. The portion of meat was a bit shy though. There was a large slab of tendon, but the rest of the meats were only there in scraps. I’d say I was glad I ordered the extra meat balls, but they were a bit bland. Not at all like every other phở restaurant I’ve been to(and the ones I bought at 88 Market). Fast, accurate service and the rich broth gave this 3 stars instead of two.

My advice is Try It Out! As far as the Phở go’s, delicious. I usually take out, fast, big proportion and the price is right.

Someone tell me what this place actually is. Is it a Phở Hoa? Unilocal says it is. And my receipt did too. But the sign out front, and the menu says Phở Boi. Can anybody clear it up? Mediocre place, mediocre phở. Ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. Just your average dive serving up soup. The phở did its job for me, but the basil that came out was wilted, not fresh. It made no difference to me, because I don’t put anything green in my phở, but I know my phở-master manfriend would have been displeased. Better than Phở 99, who gives me undercooked noodles and enormously inedible pieces of beef like they were blindly swinging a machete and happened to hit a passing cow, but not much of an improvement. If you’re going to go at all, go on Tuesday for 15% off your order.

After searching for a decent Phở house I believe I have found one that, for the most part, is an acceptable representation for inexpensive Vietnamese noodles. My business partner and I make this our usual” Wednesday lunch. The menu is typical but there is enough selection to make it interesting. The service is, well, good. However it is sparse, they seat you, give you menus and tea. Come back in literally 5 minutes for your order; so be ready. Bring the order and the usually the bill just after. Then??? The place is, I agree, sparse and dated right down to the dated Mr. Mikes«inspired» tables. But having said all of this it is the best Phở in the New West/Coquitlam area, so no complaints. Would I come back… well, maybe this Wednesday.

One of the few Vietnamese restaurants around this neighborhood. Come on Tuesdays, as there is 15% off your bill. Don’t expect a pretty restaurant, this is a pure shack that serves PHO. The standard franchise Vietnamese restaurant that serves the standard dishes!
