Fairly new club with a big selection of different machines. Decent size studio for classes. Change rooms are clean with spacious lockers.

Staff are friendly and change rooms are well maintained but like most women’s only gym not a lot of equipment and not a lot of space. Change room is super small so if you’re ever in there when a class ends, its a nightmare to get changed. Overall not bad. They have a daycare which I think most good life gyms…

After my experience here im absolutely done with big box commercial gyms, equipment here ia the same as any other commercial gym, and all of their decent bars and platforms are taken on weedays from 7 to 8 by their stupid crossfit class.

The management here is unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t go back just because I don’t feel they deserve my business. Also there’s a rumour going around that there’s a skin disease going around there. Not surprising, considering how dirty they keep the sauna and change rooms. Heads up!

THIS IS THE WORST GOODLIFE LOCATION EVER. Its a brand new location, so the actual gym is beautiful, clean, big, lots of equipment etc. BUT the staff are the worst. Not all, just the women. I am a woman myself, so I’m not being sexist, but they are all clueless. There is always about 5 working at the front…
