Staff are friendly and change rooms are well maintained but like most women’s only gym not a lot of equipment and not a lot of space. Change room is super small so if you’re ever in there when a class ends, its a nightmare to get changed. Overall not bad. They have a daycare which I think most good life gyms…

THIS IS THE WORST GOODLIFE LOCATION EVER. Its a brand new location, so the actual gym is beautiful, clean, big, lots of equipment etc. BUT the staff are the worst. Not all, just the women. Possibly the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. I doubt that either of the instructors, Gina or Ray, are certified. The final straw for me was paying $ 17 + HST to hear the «instructor» say, «Keep doing the back bend until you feel that pain in your lower spine.» Pain? I didn’t think that practicing yoga…
