Not great. The phở was mediocre at best. Noodles were obviously from dry vermicelli, and beef lacked tenderness.

This review is just for the phở.I know its hard to find great tasting cheap phở outside of southern California so usually I don’t really have any expectation for phở here.I ordered a bowl of phở tai.
