This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Kingston(where there are many and I have been to all of them). It’s a tiny little place and the décor isn’t much to mention, but over the years the staff has always been friendly and remembered me and the food has never disappointed. I usually got takeout from here and it was quick and delicious!

Love the Phở here. Broth is excellent, and it’s always done very well. I’m torn on the spring rolls; they have an extra bit of crispiness to them that I don’t love, but I do really enjoy their fresh rolls; very nice. The atmosphere is nothing special to remark upon, but service is good; quick and efficient. Could do with some ambiance music, but that would cause me to miss out on the hilarious bits and peices of conversations I overhear from unversity students!

Absolutely love this place, I always get a 1&64. The food is great for a great price. I’ve tried a few others similar places but I always come back here. Great Value for the price.

Decent phở, neither the best nor the worst that I’ve had. They were cheap and fast, which was exactly what I was looking for at the time.

Not a bad place to pop in for during a shopping break and grab some cheap phở. Fast service and dimly lit.

Saigon — population of over 7 million. Little Saigon — probably a fire hazard if over 70. Saigon — goods and services tax of ~10% Little Saigon — goods and services tax of 0% if you’re a student! But I still tipped them 33% because that was all the change I had … =/ So at least this place has got its name down. The food itself isn’t bad — like Annie said, it’s not amazing quality, but definitely very edible. I ordered the bun — Vietnamese for vermicelli — and guess what it was? Little! They gave a lot of sauce, though, which when added to the originally dry vermicelli gave it a lot of flavour. It was also surprisingly filling given its size. The menu’s not that … Little! And most of it is pretty cheap, definitely below $ 10. It seems like a nice family-run place that gets busier at night than, say, 3 in the afternoon(when I was the only one in the restaurant and they neglected to turn on the lights). The décor isn’t very fancy, but does highlight Vietnamese culture well. Not the best Vietnamese I’ve ever had, but definitely worth it if you want something that only leaves a little dent in your wallet. The owners are really nice, too!

Super fast service(like you could be in and out in under 30 minutes) and pretty good eats. That plus the cheap prices(15% student discount!) make Little Saigon a favourite of mine. They also have a good variety of Vietnamese and Thai dishes. Not as quality as Mango, but the service and price here really makes the difference.
