The Cosy is one of my guilty pleasures. It’s like going back to the sixties when Chinese food meant chicken balls and chow mein with excellent quality, large portions, friendly service and 1990s prices.
This is one of Niagara’s hidden little gems. Great wine cellar and fantastic Itallian food. Excellent service with a cozy atmosphere. A must go. If you’re looking for a quiet evening for date night, this is the place to go.
