This place has been around forever, they have the best pizza in the region. Mossimos and Volcanos make good stuff but Rose City is le crème de le crème.

Good pizza, took 20 minutes to make it, was really hot. Super greasy, which was a turn off. Friendly staff. We got a large pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni) for 11 something dollars, and I gotta say it was smaller than we thought it would be.
I too used to love coming to santos, they had the best in town. That is until they changed owners. My pizza is always under cooked, and lacking sauce now.Lost me as a customer:(
