After reading so many rave reviews of this hotel, we were excited to arrive after a long trip. Unfortunately, we have mostly negative reviews to report. We had booked the «constitucion» room in the main house and when we arrived, were taken to a room on the top floor — no bathtub, dirty rugs, strange windows…
