I visit this hotel regularly, mostly for the Barista café within. It’s probably the best place to go in Trim for a coffee. They open til about 5pm daily and serve breakfast, a good selection of lunch options, salads & desserts. The coffee they serve is Robert Roberts. I find their coffee to be quite weak…

Trim Castle Hotel

I was at a wedding here and I have to say the staff were excellent. Service was very quick and professional. However, the hotel itself wouldn’t be to my taste. Lunch in the bar is just ok, however, the evening menu is better. If there are a group staying here I would recommend booking one of the hotel houses…
