This was the first place we ate at in Cortona and it was ok. The wine came in a cute pitcher with a sunflower symbol on it, a local artist ceramics. Trattoria La Grotta

Supposedly a noted pizza place. The crust was quite good, but the toppings all came out of cans. Black olives out of cans just like grocery store olives in the US. The same for the mushrooms and the artichokes. This was a joke in a place that prides itself on these things. It really left us in a bad mood.
