Pizzeria Stella Polare

Ahhhhhhhhhh soooooo gooooood!!!
Came here last night for pizza, and DANG. They do it right here.
We started off with bruschetta/​crostini. You can’t go wrong with any of them.
I got the truffle pizza. It was a white pizza, with a thin, yet flaky, chewy, crispy crust. Yes, it is possible for an entity to possess all of those qualities simultaneously. Who knew? But seriously, this pizza crust was the best crust I have ever had.
Truffles here are cheap and delicious. The pizza was slathered with them, in a lovely olive oil that was perfectly seasoned. The cheese was gooey but not ridiculous. It was really fabulous,
The house wine had fizz to it, which was a lovely treat.
Ambiance was great; we chose to sit at an enclosed patio. The place was hopping, but our food came quickly. Our server was such a dear and was all smiles. I absolutely loved this place.
Skip the salad– use your calories and few Euros on something more fun.
