Being one of the biggest travel companies in Japan, this branch is always busy. However, compared to the Japanese reviewers, I beg to differ. Maybe they’re mot accommodating with locals. I’ve been a few times looking for help (and mind you, I speak fluent Japanese) but they don’t seem to want to to help…
