Being one of the biggest travel companies in Japan, this branch is always busy. However, compared to the Japanese reviewers, I beg to differ. Maybe they’re mot accommodating with locals. I’ve been a few times looking for help (and mind you, I speak fluent Japanese) but they don’t seem to want to to help foreigners much. Once I give them my name, they get surprised and realised I’m not Japanese then it’s downhill all the way with little effort to help me look for better flight times or competitive prices.
If you don’t speak (and maybe even if you do), I would recommend looking for flights online instead getting coldly rejected.
