Lock on our front door been a bit dodgy so went to Bob’s Locks and asked the guy if we could get someone to come sort it. He was pleasant enough and we arranged for it to be done between 10 – 11 the next day and says they’ll give us a ring if they’re running late at all. Next day arrives and no show by eleven…
