Alameda Recreation and Park Department

Like this big park, especially the tennis courts which are well maintained and not over-busy. Did not have to wait on a Sunday afternoon in September. Not sure if the lights work at night, did not check to see.

Ida Krusi Memorial Park

I have mixed feelings about this park. I just moved in and I like how close I live to it. In a way I also like how u crowded it is. But I think it’s run down and may be the most run-down park in the city. A little surprising considered how much the city uses it. The chain-link fence is off-putting.
