I reviewed Wilder a year ago and would like to continue giving him and his staff 5 stars. Jim has helped us on numerous occasions. He returns our phone calls within a few hours if he is out in the field. He is knowledgable about real estate laws and has given us options to deal with issues that might come up.
The company does nothing but basically bill you for billing you. They literally write no more than a dozen checks per year for our HOA. Im sure there are places that need HOA help, but in general, absolutely the biggest scam out there.
