They did an excellent job, were timely and courteous and saved us from having to replace a couch and love seat. Re-upholstered furniture waiting to be picked up…

called to get quote to reupholster a family room chair. Need to bring it in, owner said he’d be there til 4:30 (it was about 3 pm). OK, I’ll do it. got there, no owner but worker said he’d be back soon. 10 minutes or so he’s back and looks at the chair. I have the exact fabric, 6 yds., just need labor estimate…
