Payload has gotten quite expensive. This used to be the place to go for cheap and cute shoes. The name Payless is false advertising. You used to be able to get out of there with two pairs of shoes for about $ 30 and now you’re lucky if you get out for under $ 60. Their Brash scents smell really good though.
