pool deck is really, really gross… dead bugs, blood & urine stains. The water STINKS and on Mon. & Tues. nites trash (cups, lids & paper) was floating on top of the water in the gutters, which are full to the brim and stagnant. This has gone on for so long now, that it is just STUPID.
