We had it flocked and it turned out terrible. We asked for a fresh cut on the bottom so it wouldn’t turn brown early and they said they did one, but didn’t. We asked for the tree to be bagged so the flocking wouldn’t blow off on the drive home and we were told no bags. On top of all this they charged us 149.00…
