5-Stars? Yes. I have used this place regularly for nearly the last three years. I had to wait for a machine on only one occasion. Cheaper laundromats are outside the downtown area. Go there if you think it is worth it.

Been going here for several years, and to be honest I’ve never had any major issues with the quality of their services, unlike what’s been reported by other reviewers. Perhaps it’s due to the fact that they don’t do any of the dry cleaning themselves but instead ships it out to Le Magic a few blocks away. But…

I am surprised how this place stays open for business. The last 2 times instead of charging me more for an item they just reject it an say that it cant be dry cleaned. Today the asian man said that they cannot dry clean a coat because it has fake fur on the collar– why???
