This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a laboratory. I am a nursing student trying to get my yearly drug screen. I called with questions about an appointment and was hung up on. I arrived in person and was disrespected/treated like a criminal. Do not go here. They are awful.
What is up with the terrible scheduling? I mean there are bad reviews regarding the scheduling waiting times from more than 2 years ago and it doesn’t seem like it has improved. I can only review the scheduling part because it was so bad that I decided to go somewhere else. So much for first impressions…
