Horrible speeds and customer service. When installed a year ago speed was great (compared to Frontier). The more people in LeRoy that signed up, the worse the speed got. They promise up to 4mbps but we get around .07 Mbps. Netflix buffers constantly and unable to watch short video on phone without it pausing…
