I have had their service going on 2 years. Service is excellent.
Same ppl answer the phone-​you deal with no reps and everyone speaks clear english.
On call 24⁄7 and if there is a problem, they call you and let you know how long internet will be down.
I am a gamer we also have wii, ipad, all cell phones and a ipod running. I can host online video games thru my ps3… No issues! I get the speeds i am promised! And there is no contract fees.
Frontier and mediacom. ARE GARBAGE!

Super convenient because they have a REAL location with local customer service folks in Clinton, which is also in the center of their coverage area. Their reps have been very responsive to any questions I’ve had which is in direct contrast to Comcast, Mediacom, etc. They also don’t do contracts, so you aren’t forced to be locked into a deal for 2 years. If you’re cutting cable like a bunch of people are right now, I highly recommend these guys.

Horrible speeds and customer service. When installed a year ago speed was great (compared to Frontier). The more people in LeRoy that signed up, the worse the speed got. They promise up to 4mbps but we get around .07 Mbps. Netflix buffers constantly and unable to watch short video on phone without it pausing. Myself and other neighbors contact them frequently. Phone calls and messages are never returned. Receive 2 – 3 automated calls per month to announce «fixes» and messages are more techy… not for the average person. Not impressed!
