I go to sonic quite often because it is convenient and cheap. But they have the slowest service, every single time. I usually get a plain sandwich and fries and wait for ten or more minutes. And they almost always mess up my order. I think they hire too many young kids who don’t know what they are doing!

Umm this was the most awkward KFC I’ve ever been to. 2 employees were sitting down in the booths socializing and another employee was walking around the restaurant on her cell phone arguing with someone.
