Shorty’s Cellar Barber Shop

Read bad reviews but gave it a shot. Just wanted a beard trim and neck cleaning. Called ahead and they said 10 bucks. Charged 15. Service was mediocre at best. Going to fix my beard myself when I get home. Not even straight lining. I tried. Bad job overpriced.
