GREAT PLACE! Love the staff, café, VARIETY that is available. The trainers are very diverse, it seems like they have a trainer for every age group and fitness level. Great amenities and friendly members too. Summer, the pool feels like a resort! Love this place. Highly recommend.

Not very kid friendly-have been given the stink eye just for having my children walk down the hallway. I get that not everyone likes kids but this is a family institution and not a private adult spa.
