Ordered from Palatine location twice and took them over an hour for delivery.By the time it arrived the person who ordered was gone and we had to cancel the order.The main reason people order from JJ is a speedy delivery, if you have to wait an hour, the reason is lost…

I don’t know how they can mess up the same one sandwich order on three occasions. They favor fast over correct. I would ask for a new sandwich but I don’t know what I would get???I’m also not getting a straw for my drink twice. What’s up with that?

My last review had this place teetering between 2 or 3 stars because it is very mediocre and doesn’t stand out and skimps out on the veggies. Now the guy wouldn’t take my subway coupons because he didn’t want to have to enter it in and he didn’t have a scanner for it. fuck this place.
