Terrible customer service, A whole truck load of fresh flowers came in just after I bought their last 3 hanging baskets. I asked the manager, Vince, if I could exchange them for some of the fresh ones. He said NO all sales are final. I’m a rewards member and shop there often while my wifes in the resale store…

Roselle Ace Hardware

The owner is extremely rude. I have purchased all of my flowers and hanging baskets from this Ace Hardware for the last few years. I have spent well over one hundred dollars on plants. It amazes me how rude the owner is to his customers especially the customers in his gardening tent.
