Worst experience I have had with a Groupon deal. Bought this for a surprise gift and my scheduled trip was cancelled an hour before the flight due to mechanical issues. They told ME to call back the next day to reschedule (which, I think is a bit lacking in customer service) Things happen though… fast forward…
