Very appetizing menu. I chose the knuckle sandwich which consisted of beef brisket, muenster cheese, scallion-mayo, and jalapeño-dill pickles. Prices are steep and I had to travel about a mile down the street to find an ATM as they only accept cash. Nonetheless, the sandwich was great.
