Installers damaged several items in home, had to confront them about this, they did not volunteer to me that they damaged them. Only fixed 1 of 3 items damaged. Shoddy workmenship on grouting, (cracking within days) there fix was not to redo grout, but sand down grout to half it’s thickness. Looks horrible now…
