I have worked with this company twice, and both times they did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to make my floors look amazing. Both times I needed some refinishing work on existing hardwood, and in some areas needed to pull up either carpet or linoleum and install new hardwood. In both cases, it far exceeded my expectations. In fact, it looked much better than I thought it would! The prices were fair and comparable, and the quote I got was what I paid after the work was finished – no add-​ons or last-​minute surprises. They were also very flexible with regard to scheduling, which was very important because my wife and I both work full-​time and have an erratic schedule. And they were very easy to reach. My hardwood looks so wonderful, I would never dream of using anybody else for future projects. They made it so easy, and the result was absolutely, 100% perfect. Highly recommended.

They chose a time for a visit and estimate (a window of 10 am to 11 am). Someone called at 10:42 to say they’d be another hour and a half before they came out. If they can’t respect their customers’ time and manage their own schedule — how could you trust them with your home. HIGHLY unprofessional.

Excellent service with no hassles. Details: they honored an estimate that I had gotten from them several months earlier. They agreed to a date that was soon after my phone call, then when I postponed it they gave me the new date that I wanted. They finished the job of sanding and applying varnish to two rooms in two days, exactly as scheduled. The two workers were efficient and interacted well with me. Their precautions kept dust out of the rest of the house and they cleaned up well when finished. All communications about the job were responsive and prompt. This is the second time I’ve used this company and they were excellent the last time as well. In the previous job, they had replaced some flooring; the replacement looked good and matched the existing flooring well.

This company did some wood floor repairing and refinishing for me. They were the worst contractor I’ve ever hired and I’ve done a lot of home renovation. They were to salvage some of the wood from another area of the house and use it to patch some floors that were getting refinished so that all the wood looked the same. I took a short vacation while they were working and came back to find they had torn up the floor in the wrong part of the house and then tried to cover up the damage by moving my furniture over it. The next day they showed up and reeked of liquor at 8 am. The floors that were «finished» were covered in wood filler and rough. They offered to fix everything but there was no chance I was letting them touch my house again. I have new locks now. Stay far far far away.
